Shop Outdoor Power STIHL Equipment Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor: Outdoor Power Equipment, Parts and Service LLC, d/b/a Shop Outdoor Power, 5280 Caughdenoy Road, Clay, NY 13041.
2. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry Period: Giveaway begins 7/25/2026 and ends when the Stihl Steals & Deals Facebook Group reaches 10,000 members ("Entry Period"). Sponsor reserves the right to extend, modify, or end the Entry Period at its sole discretion.
4. How to Enter: To enter, join the Stihl Steals & Deals Facebook Group during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person/Facebook account. Multiple accounts or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible Group members within 3 business days of the Group reaching 10,000 members. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entrants.
6. Prize: Winner will choose ONE of the following bundles:
- Gas Bundle: STIHL HS 45, BG 86, RE 80, MS 182 C-M, FS 56 RC-E, GTA 26 (ARV: $1,670)
- Battery Bundle: STIHL HSA 60, BGA 60, GTA 26, RE 80, MSA 160, FSA 60 (ARV: $1,870)
Restriction: Winners who are legal residents of California are not eligible to select the Gas Bundle and may only receive the Battery Bundle (ARV: $1,870). No cash or other substitution permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
7. Winner Notification: Winner will be notified via Facebook Messenger and/or the email associated with their account within 3 days of selection. Winner must respond within 24 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release prior to prize delivery.
8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
9. Release: By entering, participants release Sponsor, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability associated with participation in this giveaway or receipt/use of the prize.

Monthly Swag Giveaway — Official Rules

How to Enter: To enter, comment on the designated monthly giveaway post in the Stihl Steals & Deals Facebook Group according to that month's specific instructions (e.g., a required comment, tag, or response), as stated in the post itself. Limit one (1) entry per person per month, regardless of number of comments submitted. Multiple accounts or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible qualifying comments at the close of that month's Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entrants that month.
6. Prize: Prize for each Monthly Swag Giveaway will be described in that month's giveaway post and will generally consist of branded merchandise or small equipment/accessories (Approximate Retail Value varies by month and will be stated in the individual post). No cash or other substitution permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
7. Winner Notification: Winner will be notified via a comment reply and/or Facebook Messenger within 3 business days of the drawing. Winner must respond within 24 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
