Designed exclusively for specially trained fire, rescue, and emergency personnel, the STIHL MS 462 R C-M Rescue features the remarkable OILOMATIC® STIHL RAPID™ Duro Rescue Chain (RDR) capable of cutting through glass, sheet metal, roofing, wood, and a wide variety of other materials encountered during rescue operations. Not only is the STIHL 462 R C-M Rescue lightweight, it also features anti-vibration buffer mounts and an adjustable automatic bar and chain oiler. A depth limiter allows for rapid depth-controlled cutting for the toughest of applications, such as roof venting and technical entry, while a muffler guard plate limits the amount of debris on the muffler. The extra-large starter handle enables easier starting while wearing large protective gloves. When seconds count, professional emergency personnel count on STIHL.

Shipping Destination
Outdoor Power ships to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.
Please note that gas-powered equipment cannot be shipped to California due to CARB emissions regulations. If you attempt to order gas-powered equipment for delivery to California your order may be cancelled and fully refunded.
Shipping Method
We ship via standard ground shipping through UPS and FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination and are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Heavy items such as ported chainsaws, backpack blowers, and pressure washers may incur higher shipping rates due to their size and weight.
Packaging
Some equipment is shipped to us multiple units per box, so certain items may arrive in a plain or repackaged box rather than original Stihl branded packaging. Rest assured, all products are genuine, brand-new Stihl equipment regardless of the shipping box.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website.

Outdoor Power is not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier title and risk of loss passes to you.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopoutdoorpower.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact us at support@shopoutdoorpower.com within 48 hours.
