The STIHL MS 462 R C-M chainsaw features an excellent power-to-weight ratio, the next generation STIHL M-Tronic™ engine management system, and a wrap handle that allows for more control when using long guide bars. This is the lightest STIHL gasoline-powered saw in its class, weighing only 13.9 lbs., and has an anti-vibration system that helps reduce fatigue for the user when bucking and felling trees. This saw also features a slim sprocket cover that reduces weight and provides efficient chip discharge.

Shipping Destination
Outdoor Power ships to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.
Please note that gas-powered equipment cannot be shipped to California due to CARB emissions regulations. If you attempt to order gas-powered equipment for delivery to California your order may be cancelled and fully refunded.
Shipping Method
We ship via standard ground shipping through UPS and FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination and are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Heavy items such as ported chainsaws, backpack blowers, and pressure washers may incur higher shipping rates due to their size and weight.
Packaging
All products ship in their original manufacturer packaging. Orders are carefully prepared to help ensure safe delivery. High-value items such as ported chainsaws are packaged with additional protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
Outdoor Power is not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier title and risk of loss passes to you.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopoutdoorpower.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact us at support@shopoutdoorpower.com within 48 hours.
